Reaction Control System Test Stand

The Reaction Control System Test Stand is a spinning test bed designed to validate that YJSP can reliably and precisely control Elytra's roll rate autonomously. Featuring 4 solenoid valves flowing cold gaseous nitrogen through thrusters, alongside an isolated electronics box, the Reaction Control System Test Stand aims to begin testing in early fall 2026. Built using mostly recycled components, this project aims to demonstrate that even with a limited budget, precise control remains viable.
